The hotel will consist of luxury one bed and two bed suites, which can accommodate one to four guests.

The restaurant will feature a nourishing and inspiring menu catering to a health conscious demographic.

When would construction begin?

We are still very early in the re-zoning process and construction would not begin for several years. As we go through this process, a Construction Management Plan will be developed. Measures will ensure that impact from improvements to the site will be minimized.

Where would parking be located?

The hotel will provide 54 parking spots located in the underground garage.
