Where are we in the process?

We have submitted our application for an Official Plan Amendment (OPA) and Zoning Bylaw Amendment (ZBA). It will be under review by City Staff over the coming months. 

Timeline:

• Meeting with City Staff
• Meeting with the Humber Bay Shores Condominium Association (HBSCA) and Ocean Club Condominium Board
• Meeting with Ward Councillor Mark Grimes
• Application submission
• City Staff issue Preliminary Report
• City-led Community Consultation Meeting
