We are contributing to revitalization along Lake Shore.
Our vision for this site responds to a gradual shift in built form and uses from the former ‘Motel Strip’ to a walkable, mixed-use, and green area.
We’ve designed the site to provide an appropriate transition between the industrial uses to the north and the residential uses and parkland to the south.
We’re excited about future transit improvements, including the proposed Park Lawn GO Train Station and Waterfront LRT. Our vision is a for a hotel where it’s just as easy to hop on transit, use car-share, or walk, as it is to drive.
We want to give people access to greenspace.
With public realm improvements, our hotel would encourage visitors to take advantage of nearby parkland and trails.
We want to make it easy to use active transportation and are including a welcoming entrance fronting Lake Shore, facilitating walking, biking, and taking transit.
Our design has been massed to frame Lake Shore and Silver Moon Drive, contributing to a pedestrian-friendly environment.
